AccuWeather App – Get Severe Weather Push Notifications to Your Android
AccuWeather has updated it’s AccuWeather android app. The new updated version of the AccuWeather app will send you notifications in severe weather. And the amazing feature of the app is that you will get severe weather push notifications even if the app is not running. AccuWeather push notifications will vibrate your phone and display in your notifications.
Features in the New Version of AccuWeather
- This is a major release, so make sure you update your app!
- Severe weather alerts are now sent to your device. You can opt in during the first launch or in settings.
- New lifestyle section to help you make better decisions.
- Option to upgrade to AccuWeather Platinum
- User navigation changes to be more aligned with other Android applications
- Option to “Exit” the application (found in the device menu button). Note that this does not turn off notifications.
- Fixed widget issue
