Customize your unlock screen with Quick Launch Lockscreen

The display of our Android release is something that many people do not pay attention to, but can be a very interesting part to further customize your terminal. Just off the phone, the first thing we are to turn the screen, and it is the first step to get started.

Many have no unlock, and others have the typical slider (or “slider in ICS), but the pattern is one of the most used options when our terminal block, for safety, extra (more than just a slider), speed and comfort (I prefer the pattern rather than a PIN).

But in that case, we have little choice, as much as mute the phone or open the camera.

If you want to customize our unlock screen, we have Lockscreen Quick Launch, which gives us the added freedom to leave a bit to our liking on how we want to unlock our phone.

Unlocking and the application launcher

Thanks to this application, we have slightly modified the release to give you something more useful. Its design resembles that of ICS, with a “button” sliding center that serves one hand to open the call list, the other chamber, and finally to release itself, although both the call and the release have something “special”.

Regarding the call list, if you put put the slider on the icon (left), and not let go, we will list the most recent calls and can make the call in a very comfortable and on the other hand, if We put the option release and also held down there, we will list the latest applications used, so that we can quickly access them.

Then there is also at the top of the screen, a search bar to make, obviously, an Internet search and save us having to unlock the phone and open the browser (or access the search bar if we have it as a widget). As a final option, we add a number of widgets to show us information about what we want. For example, we add a list of missed calls, time, calendar, messages, Evernote, etc.. In short, virtually any widget you have installed.

So we have some extra information without having to unlock the terminal, and if we tend to regularly check the same thing, we can add the widget here. And finally, a little “extra”, and the possibility to change the call volume to “Sonar”, “Silence ”or “Vibrate ”, which is also very comfortable. Apparently, we can change the theme (background), but now the tab dedicated to this end is only one, and there is no option to add or download again, but it will probably be available shortly.
