View your documents in the cloud with ZohoDocs, the best alternative to Google Docs

Increasingly, and however much we weigh, the cloud has every chance to be one of the features of the next few years (even more if possible). Personally, I think it’s a very comfortable, useful and practical tool to have on hand whenever you need it.

Since Dropbox, to Evernote or Google Docs are services that are used intensively every day, and probably without them would be lost many things would not be so fast. And speaking of Google Docs, the application of today is going down that road, for that of an office suite in the cloud, from which we can access all of our documents that we have provided an Internet connection.

ZohoDocs, a complete office suite

With ZohoDocs have at our disposal a complete suite for creating text documents, spreadsheets and presentations in the style of Office or OpenOffice, only with the slight difference that is done using a web browser.

Many may already may know this service, but for those who say that it is basically a Google Docs (remember that was not the first on this), where not only can create files like “office”, but we can also load pictures, music or videos, and have now released Android application, although so far is somewhat limited.

With this first version, we will not create any new files or modify existing ones, so we can only see them and if we share. What we can do is upload photos to our account. If we do not have one, create it easily from the same app, just starting it, and from it we will have access to recent documents, text documents, spreadsheets, images, presentations, or all documents.

Within each section, we can sort the list in private documents or all shared, and from here we can share a document by holding down on what you want. We always have an arrow at the top that allows us to quickly upload photos, and a search button to obviously look for a file.

Say in passing that the speed, fluidity and interface are not bad, and even taking the limitations of a single view, we can always access our documents from our phone to make any inquiries, such as a shared document to see if it has made any changes.

If you want to try alternatives to Google Docs, you can start with this, but not the only one, certainly not the best nor the worst, ta only one option. What are these services? Do you use? I personally, yes. A lot.
